Every year, I press the reset button and embrace Dry January.

It has a myriad of benefits; after the first few days where my body readjusts to not getting a regular dose of red wine, I find that I sleep better, worry less, and sort out a lot of personal admin! 

Everyone is different, and there may be other things that you want to stop, or start, doing in January.
